Wall tile - Series Anversa - 13 x 13 - colour: brown beige

These tiles are produced in Italy, the country of tile production. Typical is the small size of these tiles. The tiles from our ANVERSA series are often used in rural areas, where they create a friendly atmosphere in kitchens and bathrooms in no time.

These tiles are relief tiles, meaning the motif is slightly raised and the wells are filled with delicate brushstrokes. The tiles are manufactured using the wet pressing procedure. With this moulding method particularly fine structures can be obtained.

The design on the surface is not painted but engraved. Slight differences in colour and irregularities in the glaze contribute to the special charm of this tile.

Packaging units

The tiles can be ordered as per packaging unit: A box contains 28 tiles. This corresponds to 0.47 square meters.

Lead time

The tiles are produced to order in Italy. The lead time is approx. 3 weeks.

Packaging and delivery

The tiles are usually packed in accordance with the specified packaging unit in cartons and delivered on pallet. Tiles can only be transported safely with a forwarding agency. We would be pleased to provide you with an offer for delivery on your construction site. Transport cost depends on weight and distance. Tips for laying

Random cross-mixing is necessary to achieve a harmonious look. Please take the tiles out of different boxes during laying, alternating between all boxes.

All tiling work must only be carried out by a qualified specialist who knows the specific characteristic of this material. We cannot accept any liability for damages due to incorrect installation.

Laying

For laying we recommend a flexible adhessive according to DIN EN 12004 class C2T. The joints should be at least 2mm wide. Use a high-quality ready-mixed grout for jointing. We recommend to use a neutral colour for the joints.

For detailed information on adhessives and grout we like to refer to the specifications of the respective manufacturer. As tiles with relief structure are produced using wet pressing method, slight caliber differences may occur. A qualified specialist who has the relevant expertise will be able to level these caliber differences out during laying.

Maintenance and care

For basic cleaning of glazed tiles we recommend a sponge or soft cloth and a neutral detergent (e.g. FILA Cleaner or MAPEI Keranet). Do not use steel-sponges or acidic cleaners as these may harm the glaze!
