Let's start simple: Shipping flat rates

We have three flat rates of €6.80, €12.80 and €29.00 for shipping in Germany. If your shopping basket only contains products that we ship at these flat rates, we will charge you the highest flat rate calculated by the shopping basket as a one-off packaging and shipping fee. Almost all parcel-compatible products are covered by such flat rates.

More complex: unit-based packaging and shipping costs

There is a not insignificant number of products in our range that are large, heavy, long, fragile or, in the worst case, all of the above, and which therefore cannot simply be placed in a box with a little padding. As a rule, the packaging and shipping of these products is not covered by the shipping flat rates, but is shown and invoiced separately with a unit-related surcharge.

Shipping cost information in detail

Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by DHL, DPD, Fedex or a forwarding agent. The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the list below.

If you require shipping to another country, please send us an email to info@replicata.de before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to enquire about the shipping options and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

I. Shipping within Germany

Our shipping costs depend on the weight, you can see the shipping weight on the respective item on the details page: Parcels up to 5 kg: 6.80 euros; parcels up to 15 kg: 12.80 euros and parcels up to 30 kg: 29.00 euros.

Items or orders with a shipping weight of more than 31 kg, bulky goods and sensitive and fragile goods are shipped by a forwarding agent. This is indicated separately on the respective product page. We will send the customer a customised offer for the goods including shipping delivery, stating the costs.

Delivery is made by lorry and "free kerbside", i.e. to the public kerbside closest to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note that delivery of the goods to the delivery address "free kerbside" cannot take place in the following cases due to the lack of accessibility by lorry by the shipping company:

The delivery address is located in a street or can only be reached via a street that is dedicated as a traffic-calmed area / "play street", and/or
The delivery address is located in a street or can only be reached via a street where vehicles with a maximum permissible weight of 40 tonnes are prohibited from entering and/or
The delivery address is located in a street or can only be reached via a street that is narrower than 3.25 metres or that is restricted to a passage width of less than 3.25 metres at a point to be passed during delivery due to obstacles such as parked vehicles or a construction site at the time of delivery, and/or
The delivery address is located in a dead end

If one of the above-mentioned particularities applies to the desired delivery address or if you are unsure about this, please contact us by phone or email before placing an order to clarify whether or to which location delivery can be made.

Please also note that you must be personally present at the delivery address when the carrier delivers the goods.

On the one hand, this is because you must confirm delivery of the goods in writing. Secondly, the unloading of the goods requires your assistance in such a way that you physically help the freight forwarder's employee to unload the goods from the lorry to the kerbside.

Finally, it should be noted that no specific desired time for delivery can be agreed. The shipping company will agree a delivery with you on a desired day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in a time window from 8 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 6 pm. Your presence at the delivery address is required during the entire time window. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a more precise delivery time.

II. shipping outside Germany

We deliver to the following member states of the European Union (EU): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to enquire about the shipping options and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
