Historical ornamentation for elegant glass doors

Ornamentation played a major role at the beginning of the last century. Even glass panels in doors or staircase windows were richly decorated and emphasised the style of the house.

A large number of special edge or centre ornaments from the Historicism and Art Nouveau periods are available. All motifs can be designed in 3 different variants:

Clear motif - sandblasted background - if less transparency is required
Sandblasted motif - clear background - if more light is required
Sandblasted motif - satin background - if no transparency is required.

Formerly etched with hydrofluoric acid and therefore also called etched glass, our motif glasses are now produced in a more environmentally friendly way using a special sandblasting process.

The glasses are made to order according to your specifications. The Motif is then proportionally adapted to the glass size. Of course, it is also possible to choose only the centre or edge motif.

We manufacture motif glass in the 4 mm toughened safety glass design as standard. The toughened safety glass is thermally toughened and therefore has better breakage resistance.
The glass is also available as laminated safety glass (burglar-resistant laminated safety glass) or as heat-insulating insulating glass.
