Order / delivery

We accept your order via the shop, by fax, by e-mail or by telephone. If you have provided us with your e-mail address, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. The goods will be sent to you by parcel service within one week if the item you have ordered is in stock. If this is not the case, we will confirm the order in writing by e-mail or post. The corresponding delivery times are shown in the order confirmation. If an ordered item is not available, this does not constitute a delivery obligation.
