Bronze – a material almost for eternity

Bronze, an alloy of copper and tin, is mostly known as material used for art casting, where it is one of the highest quality materials.

Bronze has excellent properties that are highly suitable for the production of lamps: The metal is extremely robust and resistant when cold, heated to about 700 °, it can be be excellently moulded and processed. Bronze is resistant to environmental influences and has a virtually unlimited longevity, even in outdoor areas. Above all, however: the natural patina of bronze lends the object its unobtrusive, timeless and yet unique character.

Use of forms

This outdoor light is light and architectural element at the same time. Clear shapes and the reduction to the pure body allow for the light itself to become the central eye-catcher. At the same time high-quality materials and workmanship become a design element - Bauhaus-style par excellence. Through its elegant and restrained shape, this lamp fits perfectly into different environments.

Socket and bulb

The bulbs for this lamp are included in the delivery. These are decorative light bulbs with filaments. The lamp has an E27 socket thus it can be equipped with all other conventional bulbs.

Protection class

This outdoor light is equipped with clear glass all around and has a closed lamp body, but an open bottom. It meets the IP43 protection class. You can find an overview of the meaning of different IP protection classes in the accompanying PDF. PDF laden

Lead time

This lamp is made to order. Please consider a lead time of 2-4 weeks depending on the company's workload.

We ship with DPD as insured oversize package, delivery costs Germany 25,00 € (+ possibly island surcharge), EU countries and non EU-countries: shipping costs on request.

The cable bushing is made through the wall bracket. Please note that all installation work must be carried out by a qualified specialist. We cannot accept any liability for damages due to incorrect mounting.

Cleaning

Changing the light bulb is easy to do from below. Even the occasional internal cleaning of the glass can be made like this. The metal body itself requires no special care, because the material retains its natural bronze patina.

For all maintenance work, make sure to disconnect the lamp from the power supply first.
