Colours and availabilities

The tiles of the AMARCORD series are available in 5 colours, that can be combined freely. Please note, that the octagonal tile as well as the quadratic tile are only available in white (bianco) and beige.

Minimum order quantity

The rectangular, quadratic and octagonal floor tiles can be ordered in accordance with the following packaging units:

• Rectangular tile- 10 x 20 cm - PU 50 pcs = 1 sqm
• Quadratic tile- 20 x 20 cm - PU 25 pcs = 1 sqm
• Octagonal tile - 20 x 20 cm - PU 25 pcs = 0,96 sqm

Decorative tiles, borders and socket tiles can be ordered individually.

Delivery time

The tiles are ordered directly in Italy. The lead time is approx. 3 weeks.

Packaging and delivery

Tiles can only be transported safely with a forwarding agency. We would be pleased to provide you with an offer for delivery on your construction site. Transport cost depends on weight and distance. To prepare the offer we need to know the amount of tiles you plan to buy and your postcode. Shipping costs on request.

Tips for laying

Cross-mixing is necessary to receive a harmonious play of colours. Please take the tiles out of different boxes during laying, alternating between all boxes..

All tiling work must only be carried out by a qualified specialist. We cannot accept any liability for damages due to incorrect installation.

Laying

For laying we recommend a flexible adhessive according to DIN EN 12004 class C2T. The joints should be at least 2mm wide. Use a high quality ready-mixed mortar. We recommend to use a neutral colour for the joints.

For detailed information on adhessives and grout we like to refer to the specifications of the respective manufacturer. As laying is often made with different tiles that were produced with different methods (dry pressing, wet pressing, extrusion moulding etc.), we recommend that laying is carried out by a qualified specialist who has the expertise to level out the caliber differences that are typicall for non-industrial tile manufacturing.

Maintenance and care

For basic cleaning of glazed tiles, also matte glazed tiles, we recommend a sponge or soft cloth and a neutral detergent (e.g. FILA Cleaner or MAPEI Keranet). Do not use steel-sponges or acidic cleaners as these may harm the glaze!
