General product information
- This outdoor light is both a luminaire and an architectural element. Clear shapes and the reduction to the pure body allow the light source itself to become the centre of attention. At the same time, high-quality materials and workmanship become a design element - Bauhaus design par excellence. Thanks to its elegant and understated shape, this luminaire blends perfectly into a variety of environments.
Specific product information
-
Bronze - a material almost for eternity
Bronze, an alloy of copper and tin, is mostly known from the art casting sector, where it is one of the highest quality materials.Bronze has first-class properties that make it particularly suitable for the production of luminaires: The metal is extremely robust and resistant when cold, but when heated to approx. 700° it can be moulded and worked excellently. Bronze is resistant to environmental influences and also has an almost unlimited service life outdoors. Above all, however, the natural patina of bronze gives the object its unobtrusive, timeless and yet unique character.
Protection class
This outdoor light is fitted with clear glass all round and has a closed lamp body but an open underside. It therefore fulfils protection class IP43.
Mounting and care
- The cable is fed through the wall bracket. We would like to point out that all installation work may only be carried out by a specialist. We accept no liability for improper installation.
Cleaning
The light source can be easily changed from below. Occasional cleaning of the inside of the glass can also be carried out in this way. The metal body itself requires no special care, as the bronze material retains its natural patina. When carrying out any maintenance and care work, please ensure that the luminaire is disconnected from the mains supply beforehand.
