These door fittings are manufactured in series production using permanent mould casting procedure.

Possible combinations

The door levers have a collar diameter of 18mm - the hole diameter of the door plates and rose is also 18 mm. Thus the can be combined with each other as you wish.

Notes on distance dimensions

Internal door fittings are delivered with a hole for mortice locks for warded keys. The standard that applies in Germany for the distance from center lever to center of the round part of the key hole is 72mm.

Older locks often have different dimensions – other countries have different standard dimensions. The plates can be produced with different distance dimensions or with holes for profile cylinders for an additional charge. If necessary. please specify on your order.

The distance dimension for bathroom door fittings is 78mm.

Scope of delivery

Pairs of levers are supplied with an 8 mm square spindle (100mm length). The attachment of the levers is may by means of grub screws and hex wrench. The door plates and roses are supplied with matching pan head screws,

Lead time

We usually have small quantities of these doof fittings in stock. If they are out of stock, please consider a lead time of 3 weeks.

Mounting instructions

Mounting of internal door fittings is effortless: the plates or roses are positioned, the square spindle is put through the lock follower, the levers are fastened to the square spindle by grub screws on both sides (If the square spindle is too long it can easily be cut to the right length using a metal saw). Plates or roses are adjusted and screwed onto the door leaf with wood screws.

Mounting must only be carried out by a qualified specialist. We cannot accept any liability for damages due to incorrect mounting.

Care instructions

Brass lives! We always deliver brass fittings non lacquered. The surface is going to get darker, become more irregular and the colouration is going to become livelier. The door fitting will develop its own patina and converge to the look and feel of original historic fittings. If desired you may refurbish the mount. We recommend the polishing wool “Nevr Dull”®. Nickel-plated surfaces are sensitive to acid. They should be cleaned only with mild detergents and a soft cloth.
