Cleaning and care
Glazed tiles, including matt-glazed tiles, can be easily cleaned with a sponge or soft cloth using neutral all-purpose cleaners (e.g. FILACleaner or MAPEI Keranet). To avoid damaging the glaze, please do not use steel sponges and do not use acidic cleaning agents Laying
When laying the tiles, we recommend using an elastic adhesive of class C2T in accordance with EN12004. The joints should be at least 2 mm wide. Use a high-quality ready-mixed mortar for grouting. We recommend choosing a grout colour that is as neutral as possible. For more detailed information on adhesive and grout, please refer to the respective manufacturer's instructions. As tiles from different manufacturing processes (dry pressing, wet pressing and extrusion) are usually laid in a bond during installation, we recommend having the installation carried out by qualified specialists in order to professionally compensate for the typical differences in calibre of non-industrial tile production during installation.
