Pendant lamp ESPLANADE BIG

Pendant lamps are the classic models among lamps - they are especially fancied in entrance areas, in high hallways and guest rooms. They are not only a light source but also a furniture and are perceived as a particularly room characterising design element.

Style and shape

At the turn of the nineteenth century up to the 30s, ball shaped pendant lamps were fancied to fill the air space in large Entrees or high rooms. To date, the ball enjoys great popularity as a style element. The glass mountings of our lamps is still traditionally equipped with thumbscrews that hold the glass ball.

Material and surface

Canopy, pendulum rod and glass mounting of this lamp are made of solid brass, polished and patinated. The patina is not lacquered but elaborately pigmented in the brass using traditional methods.

The glass ball is made of shiny white opal glass.

Pendulum rod

The rod of this pendant lamp is 50 cm long. On request and against surcharge, the lamp can be delivered with a longer rod.

Light distribution

The lamp offers good ambient lighting. It distributes a soft, scattered and glare-free light.

Illuminants

The lamp has an E27 socket ans is suited for illuminants of energy efficiency classes A++ A+, A, B, C, D, E. Illuminants are not part of the scope of delivery. The lamp is dimmable with an external phase alignment / phase control dimmer with matching performance data.

We usually have small quantities of this item in stock. Lead time for order related production is approx. 4 weeks.

Packaging and delivery

We ship with DPD as insured oversize package, delivery costs Germany 12,80 € (+ possibly island surcharge), EU countries and non EU-countries: shipping costs on request.

Mounting must only be carried out by a qualified specialist. We cannot accept any liability for damages due to incorrect mounting.

The metal surfaces should only be cleaned carefully with a dry cloth and not on any account with cleaning agents.

The glass lamp shade should get removed from the light bulb for cleaning. In order to do this, you only have to loosen the screws on the bracket.
